  Well we entered Taking Shape at 5.15pm on Wednesday afternoon and were served by Amanda! What a delightful asset Amanda is to this establishment..... nothing was too much trouble for her and she even kept the shop open until 6.15pm to assist both my friend and I whilst we were busy choosing clothes. Cheerful, supportive and helpful.. goodness what a difference GOOD service makes to a shopping experience in Launceston, particularly as she is only an employee and not the owner! My pet hate is poor service and this woman went to great lengths to ensure our shopping trip was a happy one. Well done, you made both of us girls very happy bunnies. ! Shame Myers are now stocking this brand, I am sure it cant be doing business much good, and quite frankly with the service we were given yesterday why would anyone even think about going to Myers!.. personalised service at its best!
  One comment for the Buyer at Taking Shape H.O. I have noticed that you have an abundance of clothing without sleeves... for the older girl who is self conscious about her arms it is sad when we are confronted with so many sleeveless varieties you are now stocking.. even the drop shoulders and sleeves doesnt cut it with me... please could you consider this when you are buying for your outlets!.....2/04/17.... additional.. Andi the Manager rocks.. she is amazing, there are some amazing staff at this establishment now... Launceston outlets should take note at the customer service here because in my opinion it has to be one of the best! You are greeted in such a friendly manner, they are so helpful, we wont go anywhere else!
